    The Technical Support Department has posted a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). These questions and answers can be helpful in resolving any dificulties you may be experiencing. Year 2000 information can be found in the General Questions section.

    Technical Support and Customer Service is available by sending e-mail to the appropriate address listed below. As with any support issue please remember to include the name and version of the product along with a complete description of the problem. This description may include instructions on how to replicate the problem, which version of the operating system is running, the complete text of any error message that appear, and possible system or extension conflicts that may be unique to your computer.
